Mid-Month Yoga (OCTOBER)

Mid-month for each of our fall months heading into winter, we’re hosting a hatha yoga class, followed by a community potluck, to gather and move and stretch as the days get darker.

please REGISTER FOR CLASS HERE

The evening begins with a balanced hatha yoga class, focusing on breath, alignment, strength, and steadiness. Please bring your own mat. Blanket props will be provided.

After the yoga session, stay to enjoy a community potluck! Share a favorite dish and gather with others to celebrate the joy of nourishment—both physical and emotional—as we come together to build connections and foster closeness as the nights grow longer.

All are welcome, whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner. Bring your mat, your favorite dish to share, and a friend for an evening of mindfulness, delicious food, and meaningful community.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of class to get settled in to your spot for yoga. The session will begin promptly at 6pm, followed by the potluck at 7pm.

Allie Mason (RYT 200) is a hatha yoga instructor who studied the practice of yoga at Kripalu Center. She also guides other styles of yoga such as hatha-vinyasa, yin, and yoga nidra. Allie lives at Long Branch full-time as a resident and as the Education Director and one of the many people who steward this land and tend to the projects and pursuits of the mission here.
